      • Analyze existing plans to meet your objectives, which may include:
        • Protecting your business from the unexpected
        • Prepare to sell or transfer your business
        • Fund your retirement
        • Offer employees meaningful benefits
        • Help employees plan for retirement
        • Attract and retain key employees

    Step 3

    • Perform a complete audit of your protection strategies and personal planning (includes our Personal Planning program)

    Step 4

    • Develop strategies that can be implemented to ensure the owner(s) ability to realize the full value of the business and develop a sustainable exit strategy
      • Identify key personnel for business continuation
    • Review the business continuation process to be sure it is consistent with your estate planning and ensure that proper documentation is in place
      • Work with your attorney to establish wills, trusts, buy-sell agreements, etc. that are consistent with your objectives

    • Review the process objectives with the recommended strategies being implemented
      • This step ensures that we meet the process objectives: (1) build wealth efficiently, (2) right to enjoy wealth, (3) pass it on, (4) work under all circumstances

      • This process is designed to give you a clear picture of your current position and the results of your planning thus far
      • We will build a current balance sheet and show you a projection of your future balance sheet based on your existing plan

    • Analyze your existing Protection, Savings and Growth Assets
      • This process identifies any problems that may exist in your current plan and the costs associated with the various components in your plan
      • We will identify cost saving techniques and recommend options to improve the efficiency of your money at work

    Step 3

    • Review existing resources
      • This step will identify existing resources for their ability to add value to your current position
      • We will identify areas where there may be wealth erosion and make recommendations for options to add value and improve your current position

    Step 4

    • Develop strategies that can be implemented to ensure your plan meets your intended objectives
      • Based on analysis of your current plan and objectives, this process is meant to identify specific planning tactics that will allow you to achieve the maximum use of your money
